Panettone
An italian holiday bread that originates from Milan and is traditionally found in bakeries across Italy for Christmas and Easter. It's unique dome-shape is filled with candied fruits and golden raisins. Pane di Tono, bread of is one of the most treasured breads of Italy.

Wheat flour, water, biga, unsalted butter, sugared egg yolk, golden raisins, candied lemon & orange peel(may contain sulfites), sugar, sea salt & vanilla extract.

Stollen
The Le Petit Outre version of this traditional German holiday bread matures in flavor 7-12 days after baking. It will keep up to six weeks. Le Petit Outre bakes this bread shortly following Thanksgiving until Christmas.

Wheat flour, sugar, currants, unsalted butter, milk, candied lemon & orange peel (may contain sulfites), almonds, sea salt, rum, almond paste, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ground ginger & yeast.

Julakeke
Scandinavian holiday bread. A wreath-shaped bread studded with candied fruit and scented with fresh ground cardamom. This bread is made the three days before Christmas.

Wheat flour, milk, sugar, unsalted butter, egg, candied lemon & orange peel, sea salt, yeast & fresh ground cardamom.

Cardamom Braid
Scandinavian holiday bread. A braided loaf filled with fresh ground cardamom and topped with coarse sugar. A Missoula favorite.

Wheat flour, milk, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, sea salt, yeast, fresh ground cardamom.

Challah Braid
This bread was first baked by Central European Jews during the Middle Ages. Traditionally made on Friday's for the Jewish Sabbath, we use the traditional six-braid technique for our challah. It makes decadent french toast.

Wheat flour, sugar, egg, canola oil, sea salt & yeast.

Pumpkin Bread
A seasonal bread that first appears at the end of October. A topping of toasted pumpkin seeds and walnuts give this spiced bread an added crunch.

Wheat flour, sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, canola oil, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, yeast, cinnamon, cloves & ground ginger.

Gingerbread
LPO"s gingerbread is indicative of all the flavors you want in a gingerbread, great spices, molasses and just enough sweetness. Available thru Christmas.
